Manages and Fulfills Delivery Orders:
1. Order receiving, track and trace, till POD signed and returned
2. Coordination with Customer, Carrier, End Receiver and relevant internal colleagues
3. Trouble shooting and Emergency Response
4. Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required
5. Billing and Payment Collection
Manages and develops carriers to ensure service and quality
KPI Reporting and analysis
Attendance of review meeting with both Customer and Carriers
