• Follow the handling procedures as laid down for the customer.
• Provide timely response to customer’s queries or requests or complaints on daily operations.
• Update customer with shipment status from time to time proactively
• Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customer’s require and solve daily operational issues.
• Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the superior.
• Proper documentation filling
• Daily order processing and maintenance to ensure completion within KPI
• Send operation tasks to warehouse according to rules, and track order tracking report to ensure timely receipt and delivery.
• Timely deal with order anomalies, operation anomalies and some system data anomalies
• Responsible for data analysis and summary
• Make sure the accurate system transaction and document creation.
• Perform any special tasks as assigned by the management.
