2 General Description
Enhance on high quality services focus on customers’ expectation, with timely, efficiency and providing accuracy information to minimize customer complaints.
3 Specific Accountabilities
- Follow the handling procedures as laid down for the customer.
- Provide timely response to customer’s queries or requests or complaints on daily operations.
- Update customer with shipment status from time to time proactively
- Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customer’s require and solve daily operational issues.
- Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the superior.
- Proper documentation filling
- Daily order processing and maintenance to ensure completion within KPI
- Send operation tasks to warehouse according to rules, and track order tracking report to ensure timely receipt and delivery.
- Timely deal with order anomalies, operation anomalies and some system data anomalies
- Responsible for data analysis and summary
- Make sure the accurate system transaction and document creation.
- Perform any special tasks as assigned by the management.
4 Skills Required
- Proficient in MS Office, especially with MS Word and Excel.
- Communication skill
- Good English reading and writing skill
5 Experience and Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a related capacity
- Fresh graduate is considered.
- Willing to work extended hours when required.
