• Demonstrate DSV DNAs to promote the sustainability of Graduate Trainee Program in DSV.
• Follow Graduate Trainee Log Book Training Plans & KPIs during each department’s attachment.
• Perform job tasks as assigned by superiors to support the daily operations of each department during the job attachment.
• Gain hands-on experience and knowledge, as well as develop skill sets of different job functions in the industry during the job attachment.
• Support both the internal and external company events / functions as assigned.

• 2-year job rotation to different departments: Air Freight, Sea Freight, Commercial and other elective attachments.
• Bookkeep personal Log Book as appropriate and correct as possible.
• Provide regular feedback / comments and key learning summary to Senior Management.
• Demonstrate DSV DNA and support ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Sea Freight / Air Freight

• Handle the end-to-end export and import daily shipment process.
• Coordinate between the suppliers, carriers, agents, subcontractors and overseas offices, keep track on progress of the shipments, and ensure shipment to be delivered as scheduled.
• Provide quality customer services to customers.

Commercial

• Handle company's key accounts by applying operational knowledge learnt from air and/or sea products.
• Understand commercial requirements of different key accounts to nurture commercial sense.
• Work with various business units in local and overseas to supervise the shipment process of customers.

Elective Attachments

• Understand the practice and standard process of elective attachments.
• Foster closer cooperation between different functions.
