Role Summary:
As the Manager of Pricing and Execution within the 4PL department, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining governance and process frameworks, driving operational execution, and managing pricing strategies. This role is critical to the successful management and growth of the 4PL pricing department. The initial focus will be on governance, pricing, and execution, with the opportunity to build and lead a growing team that will operate across all time zones. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the need for self-management, with strict KPIs and reporting expectations to ensure performance and compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks and processes to support 4PL pricing and operational execution.
• Oversee and manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Collaborate with the Director of 4PL to create and implement scalable pricing models.
• Lead the execution of day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring strict adherence to processes and performance KPIs.
• Develop reporting systems to track pricing accuracy, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Build and manage a team of pricing analysts and operational staff as the department grows, with a focus on global time zones.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations related to logistics and pricing.
• Provide leadership in troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Regularly communicate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align strategies and address operational needs.
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in logistics execution, with specific experience in pricing and 4PL.
• Experience in personnel management, with a focus on building and leading teams in remote environments.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and process maintenance in a logistics setting.
• Proven track record of achieving and maintaining strict KPIs and reporting standards.
