Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure the adherence to BU standards, procedures and processes
• Responsible for assigned Special Accounts operations and support across assigned functions
• Ensure customer retention and satisfaction, continuously focus on identifying and meeting customer current and future needs, and is willing to adapt own activities / procedures, to establish a successful long-term business partnership with internal and external customers
• Track, analyze and communicate key performance metrics and make corrective actions if necessary
• Assist to implement subcontractor evaluation methodology with BU Subcontractor Management
• Assist to improve cost control for all Special Accounts activities consistently
• Support internal and external coordination assigned by supervisor and department manager
• Achieve personal KPIs
• Other ad hoc issues as assigned by supervisor and department manager
Communications
- Internal –All DSV local and oversea Internal department
- External –Customer; Subcontractors
Education & Working Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above, logistics management-related majors preferred
- Honest, reliable and responsible;
- positive attitude under high pressure, problem solver
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics. Knowledge of business processes
- Know how in air / ocean / logistics / SCM
- Skillful of PC & Internet, Good command of Mandarin and English
- Software Skills: PPT, Excel, Word
