General Responsibilities:

• To take charge manage and be accountable for daily operations and ensure their compliance within area guidelines and company’s policies and procedures

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Check and verify documents (perform due diligence) to ensure full compliance with DSV internal standards and customer requirements (SOP)
• To be responsible for the formulation of shipping documents and other relevant documents
• To be responsible for recording chargeable fees and arranging for invoicing and payment
• Co-ordinate with colleagues and customers for the documents, booking confirmations arrangement
• Document file management
• To take up additional tasks as assigned
• Back up for other team members when necessary

• Internal – All DSV local and oversea Internal department
• External – Customer; Subcontractors

      Qualifications                                         Requirements

• Knowledge & Skills                      Knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics.

                                                        Know how in air / ocean / logistics / SCM

                                                Skillful of PC & Internet

                                                Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

                                               Good command of written and spoken English

                                              Good command of Mandarin

• Education & Training              College Degree or above
• Experience                             Logistics related majors or customer focused role preferred
• Personal Characteristics       Honest, reliable and responsible; positive attitude under high pressure, problem solver
