General Responsibilities

• To provide excellent, efficient and high-quality service to customer at all times
• Responsible for daily business learning and follow-up to ensure compliance with regional guidelines and company policies and procedures

Detailed Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit shipping documents including booking confirmations, insurance policies, certificates of origin, battery safety declarations, and shipping instructions in compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Calculate, verify, and process freight charges, attaching supporting documents and reconciling discrepancies to ensure timely settlement.
• Coordinate to obtain accurate VGM data, submit declarations via authorized platforms within deadlines, and resolve submission errors to avoid shipment delays.
• Book ground transportation based on cargo specifications, track shipment status in real time, and address disruptions to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Upload and organize key shipment documents into the client’s system, maintaining proper categorization, and generate periodic operational reports for process optimization.
• Take up additional tasks as assigned, back up for other team members when necessary

Job Requirements

• College degree or above, major in logistics industry is preferred
• Know how in air / ocean / logistics / SCM
• Honest, reliable and responsible. positive attitude under high pressure, problem solver
• Skillful of PC & Internet, Good command of Mandarin and English
• Software Skills: PPT, Excel, Word
