Key Tasks
- Rates maintenance of Local Handling Charges in shared drive and timely upload of client rates in CW1 system
- Assist in maintaining the tariff folder accordingly to ISO requirement
- Assist in department administrative tasks.

- Perform assigned tasks to support the company meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety and environment as documented and follow all requirements as set out in the QHSE policy.
- It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that their day to day activities embrace sustainability/Health and safety therefore reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.
Additional to above tasks
- Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Adherence to the Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group

- Organized, flexible and able to work under tight deadlines

- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
Experience & Education
- Basic knowledge in air / sea / customs brokerage
- Understanding of company’s service offering and pricing policy
- Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements
- 1 year of relevant business experience preferred
- High competency with MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
