Responsible for the operation and maintenance of building systems and services.

  • To involve daily operational needs and requirement for facilities scope of work.
  • Handle administrative documents
  • Engage with vendors and contractors for facility and related matters.
  • Involve in A&A and ad-hoc projects.
  • Supervision of contractors, security and other assigned works by Facility Senior Manager.
  • Resolving any tenant's complaint and able to communicate well with Tenants.
  • Handling and taking over of warehouses, offices, including inspection.
  • Maintain documentation - ERP, TAPA, ISO
  • Making sure that workplace safety rules & DSV Policy are being followed.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors/superiors in support of operations when necessary.
  • 5 years experience preferably in warehousing
  • RP, WMS module
