The Business Change Manager (Application and Integration) is responsible for translating business requirements into effective system solutions, ensuring successful delivery of application and warehouse management processes within project scope. This role combines analytical capability, specification expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement to support implementations and enhancements, specifically focusing on WMS Migration projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support WMS implementations, migrations, and upgrades in line with enterprise standards
  • Participate in requirements workshop and translate the business processes into WMS functionalities
  • Own application design specifications and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
  • Configure WMS applications and manage change requests based on operational requirements
  • Collaborate with Client IT teams to define and validate EDI/API messaging requirements
  • Support the full project lifecycle: SIT, UAT, cutover, go‑live, and hyper‑care
  • Ensure data mapping, integration, and reporting meet quality and scalability standards
  • Oversee end‑to‑end testing, defect resolution, and scope control
  • Coordinate handover to IT service management for long‑term support
  • Apply DSV project implementation methodologies for consistent application and integration design delivery
  • Promote best practices in WMS configuration, integration, and documentation

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in application and integration engineering within logistics or enterprise IT
  • Strong understanding of WMS systems (especially JDA BY), integration tools, and enterprise standards
  • Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder managemen
  • Familiarity with project governance frameworks and quality planning methodologies
  • Strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage
  • Hands‑on approach, able to multi‑task and work under time pressure
  • Willingness to travel overseas on a project basis (4–6 times per year)
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours in line with regional project demands

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve integration issues
  • Solid technical proficiency in WMS application configuration and integration design
  • Clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement
  • Attention to detail with an analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
