About the Position:


The Business Change Manager (Application and Integration - Quality Assurance) is responsible for ensuring the quality and readiness of WMS solutions within project scope. This includes planning and driving systems integration testing (SIT, E2E) internally and with clients, as well as coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users. The role ensures that application and warehouse management processes are validated, stable, and aligned with operational requirements, thereby supporting successful delivery. In addition, the role requires quality review of all requests for enhancements, ensuring that proposed changes meet design standards, operational needs, and long term system integrity. It combines analytical capability, specification expertise, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver high quality implementations and enhancements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive SIT and UAT cycles internally and with clients, ensuring system solutions meet business and operational requirements.
  • Validate WMS functionalities against business processes and configuration specifications.
  • Conduct quality reviews of all requests for enhancements to ensure compliance with design standards and long term system integrity.
  • Manage defect resolution by logging, tracking, and coordinating fixes with Application and Integration teams.
  • Ensure data integrity across mapping, integration, and reporting, validating scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Operations, and IT to confirm readiness and adoption of WMS solutions.
  • Support project lifecycle during cutover, go live, and hyper care phases to ensure operational stability.
  • Promote QA best practices in testing, documentation, and governance for WMS implementations.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in application and integration engineering within logistics or enterprise IT
  • Strong understanding of WMS systems, integration tools, and enterprise standards
  • Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with project governance frameworks and quality planning methodologies
  • Strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage
  • Hands‑on approach, able to multi‑task and work under time pressure
  • Willingness to travel overseas on a project basis (4–6 times per year)
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours in line with regional project demands


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve integration issues
  • Solid technical proficiency in WMS application configuration and integration design
  • Clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement
  • Attention to detail with an analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
