We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our IT team to support the Transportation Management System (TMS) ecosystem for the Road APAC Division. The intern will gain hands-on experience in system administration, data management, and process optimization, working closely with IT professionals and business stakeholders. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level logistics systems and the opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the Road APAC Division.

This is a 6-month internship position.

Responsibilities:

• Support rebranding documentation efforts by updating system references, user guides, and communication materials to align with new corporate identity.
• Re-organize and maintain the IT knowledge library to ensure accessibility, relevance, and consistency across documentation.
• Document system processes, workflows, and user guides to improve knowledge sharing.
• Participate in testing and deployment of system updates, patches, and new functionalities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
