Key Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse operational data to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize warehouse KPIs such as:
• Productivity
• Order fulfillment performance
• Inventory accuracy
• Dock utilization
• Build automation tools using VBA and Python to improve reporting efficiency
• Design and develop PowerApps applications to support warehouse workflows (e.g., inventory tracking, issue reporting, task management)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations
• Work with warehouse teams to map processes and recommend improvements
• Document workflows, tools, and improvement outcomes

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
• Supply Chain Management
• Industrial Engineering
• Data Analytics
• Information Systems
• Computer Science or related fields
• Familiarity with warehouse operations or logistics processes is a plus
• Technical skills in:
• Python (data analysis, automation)
• Power BI
• Excel VBA
• Microsoft PowerApps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate operational problems into data-driven solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to work with operational teams
