Reporting: Head of Business Development / Tender Management

Specific Accountabilities

  • Manage and coordinate the entire tender process (RFQ/RFIs) for project logistics, from tender receipt to final submission.
  • Review tender documents, identify requirements, risks, technical and commercial conditions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, finance, legal) to gather inputs.
  • Prepare commercial and technical proposals, cost sheets, and compliance matrices.
  • Conduct rate analysis and support pricing and negotiation discussions with offices.
  • Liaise with internal (APAC, Europe, UAE, America) for clarifications and alignments.
  • Ensure tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
  • Maintain tender records, reports, and post-tender analysis for continuous improvement.
  • CRM System Management - APAC Data Steward. to provide new user/refresher training/sharing throughout the region.
  • Weekly generating CRM reports and assisting users with accuracy in accordance with GPIS target/objective.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Smart, positive, and proactive mindset, able to work under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for costing, Word for proposals, PowerPoint for presentations; SharePoint is an advantage).
  • Good negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in tender management, project logistics, freight forwarding, or EPC logistics is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, project cargo movements, and logistics cost structures is an advantage.
