1. Reports to the Head of Security (SG) – To manage a global key account customer in SG and to ensure all Physical Security Policy and Procedures set out by the Global customer are adhered to. 2. To suggest any physical security implementation monthly in a report (Excel, Power BI) to the Head of Security for review. 3. To be well-versed with Logistics Security Planning (Consultancy experience will be beneficial), Audits and Compliance checks and be the key point of contact to the global customer and reports directly to the Head of Security (SG). 4. To perform a monthly Threat Vulnerabilities Risk Assessment (TVRA) on site and to generate Intellectual Property Risk Management (IPRM) to be submitted for security enhancement review purposes. 5. To plan for off-site security monitoring with the vendors and manage all security project implementation under the Corporate Security Team. 6. To be knowledgeable with Security Technology (hardware/software/wireless solutions). 7. To be knowledgeable with KCR, C-TPAT, TAPA (FSR/TSR), STP-Plus & Trade First Premium security requirements. 8. To set up a Security Awareness program for the Corporate Security Team and to provide a documented process (Power BI) to keep track of the training conducted for the internal staff. 9. To conduct internal investigations on loss of goods or security-related incidents. 10. To manage and work alongside the approved outsourced security agencies and to conduct security audits regularly, and spot checks (red teaming) of outsourced security officers across all sites at irregular intervals. 11. To report any security breaches/incidents concerning the Company to the Head of Security (SG) immediately and provide immediate remedy. 12. To work with the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day site-specific security issues and to transform the area into zero-security work zones. 13. To communicate with the Global Customer team and sometimes to take night calls and to derive pointers and share with the Head of Security (SG). 14. Any other duties or deviations from this Job Description, as and when assigned by the Head of Security (SG).
