The Sales Advisor provides administrative, operational, and customer-facing support to the sales team to ensure smooth execution of the sales process. This role focuses on managing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, preparing quotations, maintaining rates data, and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Administration
- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, RFQs, and pricing files.
- Support the onboarding of new business by coordinating internal approvals and documentation.
2. Customer Support
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding pricing.
- Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with operations, customer service, and finance teams.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and follow‑ups.
3. Internal Coordination
- Liaise with operations, procurement, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless communication on pricing related topics.
- Work closely with the Sales or Key Account Manager to support business development activities.
4. Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate quotation & pricing records.
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Monitor customer activity, contract performance, and pricing compliance.
5. Process & Commercial Support
- Support tender/RFQ submissions by collecting operational and pricing inputs.
- Assist in updating SOPs, rate sheets, and customer profiles.
- Track KPIs, service metrics, and contract obligations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experiences & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field
- Have knowledge of logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or similar industries
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or operations (1–3 years) will be preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
