PURPOSE OF POSITION

Ensure transparency and control over the job file in CW1 and the integrity of profit from operations.

KEY TASKS

Job management

• Review and check on GP reported to ensure correctness before result reporting.
• Review any request for correction of transactions between files in CW1 (JRJ).
• Following up with operations on open items where applicable.
• Review and control GP estimation deviations and requires follow-up corrective actions with operations
• Control of monthly inter-office transaction.
• Implementing automation & optimization of processes & trainings.
• Webcost superuser.

Reporting

• Prepare weekly GP run-off and GP reports.
• Prepare weekly un-billed report and open files report.
• Intercompany invoice unbooked report.
• Monthly dashboard and quaterly review report
• An other ad-hoc reports as assigned.

Others

• Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
• Adherence to the Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group

COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge in transport management system, preferably CargoWise One
• Expertise in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and visualization platform (e.g. Power BI)
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies
• Team player
• Pro-active with positive and resilient attitude 
• Meticulous, independent and able to perform under pressure
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and meeting tight deadlines
• Able to handle difficult situations amicably
• Willing to learn and share knowledge with the team
• Good integrity and credibility

 
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Bachelor degree in Business/ Finance, or related fields
• Good understanding of Freight Forwarding industry
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI)
