About the Position:
The Senior Application and Integration Manager, APAC BCM leads the team in translating business requirements into effective system solutions, ensuring successful delivery of application and warehouse management processes within defined project scope. The role also drives DSV strategic initiatives, including streamlining applications as directed by the COO office. It combines analytical expertise, specification capability, and strong stakeholder engagement to support implementations and continuous enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a critical role in leading WMS implementations, migrations, and upgrades in line with enterprise standards
- Assist the project manager in ensuring successful WMS delivery across assigned projects
- Manage issues and prioritisation to keep multiple projects on track
- Lead the application and integration team members to strengthen delivery capability
- Coordinate with client IT and internal DSV teams to achieve timely, high‑quality outcomes
- Ensure governance, scalability, and quality planning are embedded in all project activities
- Oversee end‑to‑end testing, defect resolution, and scope control to maintain standards
- Facilitate smooth handover to IT service management for long‑term operational support
- Apply DSV project implementation methodologies to ensure consistent design and delivery
- Promote best practices in WMS configuration, integration, and documentation across the team
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in logistics IT project management, including 3–5 years in a leadership capacity
- In‑depth knowledge of WMS platforms (particularly JDA/BY), integration tools, and enterprise standards
- Proven track record in cross‑functional collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with project governance frameworks and established quality planning methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is considered an advantage
- Hands‑on, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure
- Willingness to travel overseas on a project basis (4–6 times per year)
- Flexibility to adjust working hours in line with regional project demands

- Solid technical proficiency in WMS application configuration and integration design
- Clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement
- Attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
