  • Execute cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure high inventory accuracy and compliance with operational standards.
  • Monitor inventory transactions, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through effective material control and stock management processes.
  • Track key inventory metrics including inventory accuracy, aging inventory, excess and obsolete stock, and inventory turns.
  • Collaborate closely with regional Material Specialists and Supply Chain teams on inventory planning, replenishment, and allocation strategies.
  • Ensure timely material availability to support production, repair operations, and customer demand requirements.
  • Review demand forecasts, consumption trends, and supply constraints to balance inventory levels and service performance.
  • Monitor Weeks of Supply (WOS), inventory health, and potential material risks while driving mitigation actions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Apple Buyers supporting Singapore, Japan, and Korea repair parts operations.
  • Provide regular updates on inventory status, supply risks, material availability, and recovery plans.
  • Support customer engagement activities related to material planning, forecast alignment, and inventory optimization initiatives.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Analyze inventory and demand data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Support business reviews, reporting requirements, and inventory performance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and inventory management procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory planning, material control, supply chain coordination, or related operations environment.
  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing, repair, logistics, or service operations is preferred.
  • Experience managing customer-facing inventory planning activities and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and material replenishment processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP and inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Inventory accuracy and cycle count compliance.
  • Material readiness to support production and repair demand.
  • Forecast alignment and inventory optimization.
  • Reduction of excess, obsolete, and at-risk inventory.
  • Customer satisfaction and response effectiveness.
