Quality Management

  • Implement and maintain warehouse quality management procedures and SOPs.
  • Work with Operations to resolve Quality Issues. (8D, Customer Complaints, Audit responses).
  • Investigate operational deviations, quality issues, and customer complaints, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits on warehouse processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch).
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for quality and compliance purposes.
  • Ensure all Quality related documentation is maintained as per Quality Management System.
  • Support Change Request (CR) implementation and review.
  • Support Change Request (CR) implementation and review.

QHSE Compliance

  • Support implementation of QHSE policies and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Support incident investigation and ensure preventive measures are implemented.

Audit & Compliance

  • Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits (customer audits, ISO, regulatory inspections).
  • Ensure operational compliance with ISO standards and company quality framework.
  • Lead Operations in closing non-conformities from quality audits.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify operational improvement opportunities to enhance quality, productivity, and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to operations staff on quality procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing quality environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, audit processes, and quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Trained with ISO 13485, SS620 GDPMDS, and GXP principles.
