About the Position:

DSV is seeking an experienced and business-oriented Senior Compliance Manager to support and strengthen our regional compliance and trade compliance programme across the Asia Pacific region.

You will partner closely with regional management, country stakeholders and global compliance teams to promote an ethical culture, mitigate compliance risks, support investigations and ensure effective implementation of DSV's compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to influence ethical business conduct throughout one of the world's leading logistics companies.

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support regional leadership in implementing and strengthening DSV's global compliance programme, including the Code of Conduct, Whistleblower Programme, Responsible Sourcing Framework and related policies.
  • Provide practical advice and guidance on compliance, ethics, trade compliance, export controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and emerging compliance risks across APAC jurisdictions and ensure appropriate actions are implemented.
  • Partner with country and cluster compliance representatives to identify, assess, escalate and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Promote a strong culture of integrity and ethical decision-making throughout the region.
  • Support, manage or lead investigations into alleged misconduct or breaches.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of whistleblowing and case management processes.
  • Identify training and awareness needs across APAC.
  • Build awareness of compliance expectations through communications, campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
  • Foster understanding of regulatory developments and compliance obligations across the organisation.
  • Conduct independent compliance reviews and audits across the region.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of DSV's trade compliance programme throughout APAC.
  • Act as a key liaison between regional stakeholders and Group Trade Compliance.
  • Support trade compliance risk assessments, reviews, and improvement initiatives.
  • Drive communication, reporting, training, and awareness activities relating to trade compliance.
  • Support implementation of trade compliance processes and controls for domestic and international logistics operations.
  • Ensure effective escalation, due diligence, and approval processes are established and maintained.

 

 

The candidate is expected to satisfy the following criteria:

  • Demonstrates high integrity, sound judgement and a strong commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex compliance requirements in a practical business context.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently across multiple countries and cultures.

 

 

Specific experience in the following areas:

  • Corporate compliance and ethics programme implementation and management.
  • Anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance.
  • Conducting compliance investigations and case management.
  • Whistleblower programme administration and speak-up culture initiatives.
  • Third-party risk management, supplier due diligence and/or responsible sourcing programmes.
  • Regulatory compliance across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
  • Compliance risk assessments, monitoring and remediation activities.
  • Internal audits, compliance reviews or assurance activities.
  • Policy development, implementation and governance frameworks.
  • Designing and delivering compliance training and awareness campaigns.
  • Trade compliance, export controls, sanctions and customs compliance.
  • Working within multinational organizations and managing cross-border compliance matters.
  • Advising senior management on compliance risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Managing compliance projects and driving organizational change initiatives.
