• Deliver technical readiness, process stability, and continuous improvement through robust engineering support.
• Lead testing workflow setup, equipment configuration, and SOP/WI implementation.
• Own equipment lifecycle management including maintenance and technical upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive process improvements.
• Support NPI, new line introduction, and process changes.
• Deliver machine- and equipment-related training to operations.
• Serve as escalation point for technical and equipment-related issues.

Requirements

• 8 years of engineering experience with strong hands-on capability.
• Proven experience in process and equipment implementation.
