1. Operations Management

• Lead and manage daily logistics operations across warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation.

2. Strategic Planning & Optimization

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives within logistics operations.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

3. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (procurement, sales, customer service, finance).
• Manage relationships with external partners including 3PL providers, carriers, and vendors.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

4. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop logistics teams across multiple sites/functions.
• Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Build a high-performance and safety-focused culture.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage risk related to transportation, warehousing, and supply chain disruptions.
• Oversee audit processes and implement corrective actions where required.

6. Budget & Cost Control

• Develop and manage logistics budgets.
• Monitor and control operational costs, including freight, warehousing, and labor.
• Provide regular reporting and financial analysis to senior leadership.
