About the Position

Responsible for leading the planning, governance and execution of new DCFC, MFC, and RDC operational projects across the region. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with customer specifications, DSV operational standards and Hi-tech client's Security Guardrails. Acting as the regional implementation expert, the position works closely with Country Project Managers to provide the tools, documentation, governance frameworks and lessons learned required to successfully execute new site launches and operational transitions.

Key responsibilities & tasks

Project & Implementation Leadership

• Support end-to-end implementation projects for new sites, customer launches, warehouse expansions and operational transitions across the region
• Drive successful execution of DCFC, MFC, and RDC implementations
• Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, budget and quality expectations
• Establish project governance, milestones, deliverables and implementation standards
• Support site start-up activities through stabilization and operational handover

Country Project Manager Support

• Partner closely with Country Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure Project Managers have access to approved project methodologies, templates, tools and documentation
• Share lessons learned and implementation best practices from previous projects
• Support project planning, issue resolution and escalation management
• Drive consistency in implementation execution across all APAC countries

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate activities across Operations, Security, ITBM, Engineering, P&O and Customer teams
• Facilitate alignment between customer requirements and operational execution
• Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout implementation and transition activities
• Support decision-making through regular project reviews and governance meetings

Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Hi-tech client's Security Guardrails and customer-specific security requirements
• Support implementation activities within high-security operational environments
• Ensure adherence to DSV operational standards, policies and governance frameworks
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks impacting security, compliance or operational readiness

Operational Readiness & Go-Live Management

• Lead readiness assessments prior to customer go-live
• Coordinate training, onboarding and operational preparedness activities
• Support execution of cut-over plans and transition activities
• Ensure successful site launch, stabilization and customer acceptance
• Monitor post-implementation performance and operational sustainability

Project Governance & Risk Management

• Maintain project plans, budgets and implementation schedules
• Monitor project risks, dependencies and critical milestones
• Prepare mitigation plans and escalation strategies for identified risks
• Provide structured project reporting to regional and executive stakeholders
• Ensure effective project documentation and governance compliance

Continuous Improvement

• Capture and document implementation lessons learned
• Drive ongoing improvements to project methodologies and governance models
• Standardize implementation practices across all APAC countries
• Promote best practice sharing and implementation excellence across the Contract Logistics network
• Drive regional alignment on project standards, tools and implementation frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, implementation management or operational transition roles
• Proven track record delivering complex logistics, warehousing or supply chain projects
• Experience managing cross-functional and multi-country project teams
• Experience operating in high-security, technical infrastructure or mission-critical environments
• Strong understanding of Contract Logistics operations and warehouse start-up processes
• Experience managing customer-facing implementation projects
• PMP, Prince2 or equivalent Project Management certification preferred
• Familiarity with hi-tech vertical environments and security requirements is considered an advantage
• Experience supporting cloud, hyperscale or technology customers is highly desirable
• Fluent English, written and verbal
• Willingness to travel regionally (10-15%)
