Time Type: Full Time

•            Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for multi-shuttle, conveyors, pallet lifters, and automation equipment. 

•            Supervise and guide automation technicians in daily maintenance and breakdown recovery. 

•            Perform advanced troubleshooting using PLC, HMI, drives, sensors, and diagnostic software. 

•            Act as escalation point for major system faults, shuttle jams, and automation failures. 

•            Support PLC programs, control panels, safety circuits, and minor software modifications. 

•            Coordinate with automation vendors and system integrators for technical support and improvements. 

•            Ensure compliance with safety procedures, LOTO, and approved SOPs. 

•            Prepare and maintain maintenance records, fault reports, and root cause analysis (RCA). 

•            Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and recurring faults.
