Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the organization's learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct organization-wide training needs analysis through stakeholder engagement and performance data.
- Develop annual learning calendars and training roadmaps.
- Manage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Training Design & Delivery
- Coordinate internal and external training providers.
- Develop onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires.
- Create blended learning solutions, including classroom, virtual, and e-learning modules.
- Ensure training materials remain current and aligned with business needs.
Learning Management
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
- Monitor training attendance, completion rates, and compliance.
- Ensure mandatory training requirements are completed within stipulated timelines.
Training Evaluation & Analytics
- Measure training effectiveness using evaluation methodologies.
- Analyse learning data and prepare management reports.
- Recommend continuous improvements based on participant feedback and business outcome
