Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute the organization's learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct organization-wide training needs analysis through stakeholder engagement and performance data.
• Develop annual learning calendars and training roadmaps.
• Manage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

Training Design & Delivery

• Coordinate internal and external training providers.
• Develop onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires.
• Create blended learning solutions, including classroom, virtual, and e-learning modules.
• Ensure training materials remain current and aligned with business needs.

Learning Management

• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
• Monitor training attendance, completion rates, and compliance.
• Ensure mandatory training requirements are completed within stipulated timelines.
  
  

Training Evaluation & Analytics

• Measure training effectiveness using evaluation methodologies.
• Analyse learning data and prepare management reports.
• Recommend continuous improvements based on participant feedback and business outcome
