Provide technical execution, inspection, and troubleshooting support to ensure process integrity, equipment reliability, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical inspections, verification, testing, and basic diagnostic activities in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
- Perform SUR, fraud checks, and other technical validation activities as required.
- Troubleshoot process, product, or equipment-related issues and implement corrective actions to minimise operational disruptions.
- Support engineers in equipment setup, process validation, testing activities, and line readiness.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and basic repairs on equipment where required.
- Ensure all technical activities comply with quality, safety, and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, repairs, and corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
Requirements
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of hands-on technical experience in testing, inspection, validation, repair, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues independently.
- Familiarity with technical documentation, work instructions, and quality procedures.
- Experience using testing, diagnostic, or inspection equipment will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
