- Perform daily checks, first-line fault response, and basic troubleshooting on all automation equipment
- Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on schedule across ASRS, conveyors, AGVs, AMRs, robots, and pallet lifters
- Log all faults, actions taken, and downtime accurately in the maintenance record system
- Escalate faults that cannot be resolved at technician level to the supervisor or engineer promptly
- Support vendor technicians during corrective maintenance and system upgrades
- Assist in testing and commissioning of new equipment or changes
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment zones and spare parts storage
- Follow all safety protocols including LOTO, work permits, and PPE requirements
