Time Type: Full Time

• Understand and comply with all warehouse safety, quality, and operating procedures at all times.
• Perform and sustain 5S practices to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Carry out inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, and cycle count activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct visual inspections on incoming and outgoing materials; promptly report any damage, discrepancy, or non-conformity.
• Support the Supervisor in achieving daily operational targets and KPIs.
• Perform general warehousing duties including material handling, stocktaking, inventory accuracy, database updates, and documentation control.
• Ensure all warehouse documentation (e.g. delivery notes, inventory records) is accurate and submitted on time.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, safety programs, and operational enhancements.
• Continuously strive to improve work efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Minimum Secondary School / NTC / N Level qualification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Entry-level candidates with a positive learning attitude are welcome.

Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control).
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems or data entry is an advantage.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Able to perform manual handling, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if required.
• Forklift license is an advantage (training may be provided).
