We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join and strengthen our local team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Deals with key customers of the company;
• Proactive in retention of existing customers and development of new customers and businesses;
• Develops business proposals and negotiates their implementation;
• Monitors the implementation of the commitments to customers;
• Competently and professionally offers all services from the company's portfolio;

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience on a similar position;
• Knowledge of the land transport market and the specifics of the operational; forwarding activity is considered as advantage;
• Very good computer literacy;
• Advanced level of English;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Higher economic education is an advantage;
