Customer Service & Pricing Specialist, Air Freight

We are looking for a Customer Service & Pricing Specialist to join our Air Freight team in Sofia.

What will your day look like?

No two days are the same.

One day, you may be preparing a competitive quotation for urgent air shipment between Europe and Asia. The next, you could be coordinating transportation with airlines and international partners or helping a customer find the most effective logistics solution for their business.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners regarding air freight shipments;
• Identify the optimal balance between cost, service quality, and transit time;
• Collaborate with an international network of colleagues and agents worldwide;
• Support business development through pricing, quotation preparation, maintenance of databases, and identification of new opportunities;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in processes and customer service.

✅ Experience in air freight, freight forwarding, pricing, procurement, or customer service.

✅ Knowledge of international transportation and logistics processes.

✅ Good command of English.

✅ Strong computer skills, including MS Office.

✅ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.

✅ A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
