DSV Road Bulgaria is expanding its Haulier Procurement team and we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us grow our network of trusted subcontractors.

What you will do:
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize new subcontractor opportunities for DSV.
• Research the market to uncover prospects and prepare executive summaries that support the full procurement process.
• Reach out to potential hauliers via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings (including business travel).
• Build and deliver business proposals, negotiate terms, and drive successful agreements.
• Develop and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with subcontractors.
• Collaborate closely with business managers to refine our value proposition and pitch.
• Act as a trusted partner to hauliers, proactively solving challenges when they arise.

What we expect from you:
• Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact at all levels.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Driven, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
