Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join the company and contribute their accounting expertise to better organization and the smooth flow of processes.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifies and documents quality-related issues;
• Makes proposals and implements measures in response to quality-related issues;
• Maintains communication and interaction with external auditors and clients in relation to the system;
• Operatively manages the food safety system and monitors and ensures its implementation and compliance;
• Ensures that the initial and ongoing staff training programs and plans are implemented and followed;
• Assists in the development of specific data protection controls and audits, including monitoring and oversight, to confirm that the necessary corrective actions are taken;
• Establishes an organization for maintaining the required documentation and record-keeping in compliance with the Regulation and local legislation;
• Ensures the updating of processes and documentation for data processing at DSV Road Ltd.;
• Ensures that internal audits are conducted at appropriate intervals, follow the predefined program, and that the necessary corrective measures are taken;

 
REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a Quality manager with knowledge in developing and implementing standards would be considered as an advantage;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Good technical knowledge of MS office; 
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to deadlines;
• Very good English language skills.
