YOUR TASKS

 

  • Shaping and developing the operational model for the Collection and Distribution division at central level,
  • Acting as the owner of key operational processes and ensuring their consistency and efficiency across different units,
  • Ensuring uniform operational standards and high operational efficiency throughout the network,
  • Initiating and leading operational changes in collaboration with local teams,
  • Identifying, implementing and promoting best operational practices within the organisation,
  • Playing an active role in the organisation’s integration process – combining operational models, teams and working methods into a coherent, effective system,
  • Coordinating cooperation between local structures and establishing a single, common standard of operation following integration,
  • Ensuring operational continuity and process stability during organisational changes,
  • Supporting teams in adapting to new solutions and building a consistent approach to achieving objectives across the organisation.

 

OUR EXPECTATIONS  

 

  • University degree in a field related to logistics and transport would be an advantage,
  • Experience in managing logistics operations (distribution, transport, working with carriers) in a large-scale environment,
  • Experience of working within centralised structures or managing operations across multiple locations,
  • Ability to think strategically and translate this into specific operational actions,
  • Experience in managing, standardising and optimising processes,
  • Very good analytical skills and experience in working with data and KPIs,
  • Well-developed leadership skills and experience in managing teams or managerial staff,
  • Ability to work in a changing environment and lead an organisation through a transformation process,
  • Ability to foster cooperation between different teams and stakeholders,
  • Knowledge of employment law and health and safety standards.
  • Good command of English enabling fluent communication,
  • Category B driving licence.
