Warehouse Supervisor
Immingham
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Main Purpose of the role
DSV are seeking an organized, reliable, detail and service-oriented warehouse supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will monitor warehouse inventory as well as manage warehouse staff to ensure that products are stored and shipped out in an accurate, efficient manner. Previous warehouse experience is required.

What will you be doing?
- Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics
- Supervise and direct warehouse staff; put worker safety as a top priority
- Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products
- Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfilment system
- Supervise all forklift operations
- Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks
- Assist in the hiring and training process of new warehouse staff
- Constantly work to improve processes
About You
- Supervisory and Team Leader skills with the ability to motivate, develop and supervise others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills, in particular spreadsheets and databases and a knowledge of warehouse systems
- Proficient understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure / cost of poor quality
- Previous planning skills and able to meet targets and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Analytical and numerical
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Certified in: Dangerous Goods Handling
