Warehouse Supervisor  

Immingham

Monday to Saturday

Main Purpose of the role

DSV are seeking an organized, reliable, detail and service-oriented warehouse supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will monitor warehouse inventory as well as manage warehouse staff to ensure that products are stored and shipped out in an accurate, efficient manner. Previous warehouse experience is required. The ideal candidate must be driven and want progression throughout DSV

What will you be doing?

• Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics 
• Supervise and direct warehouse staff; put worker safety as a top priority 
• Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products 
• Confirm proper and timely delivery of products 
• Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks 
• Assist in the hiring and training process of new warehouse staff 

About You

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader with experience of supervising and motivating a team  
• A good working knowledge of health and safety and security requirements  
• Knowledge and understanding of lean techniques may be advantageous  
• Fork-Lift Truck licence is required  
• An appropriate warehousing qualification would be advantageous  
• Certified in: Dangerous Goods Handling
