We are currently looking for a Air Export Operator to join our offices in Spata, Eleftherios Venizelos Airport. You will be dealing with all aspects of our air services – tracking shipments, dealing with airlines & customers, organizing collection of goods, invoicing & working with a team!

Responsibilities for the Air Export Operations Role

• Prepare/handle/process documentation - including house & master air waybills, commercial documents & customs/regulatory documents.
• Accurately track & trace cargo
• Dispatch freight
• Communicate effectively with: external customers, vendors & other DSV offices worldwide, through email, phone, instant message & in person.
• Monitor reports
• Accurate & timely client billing
• Contribute to maintaining strong vendor relationships- airlines, trucking companies & others
• Maintain compliance standards at all times- including internal policies & procedures, external government regulations & customer requirements
• Provide customer quotes on request
• Desire to understand overall department process flow & constantly seek opportunities for improved efficiency
• Meet key performance indicators to support division, branch, service & company goals

Your competencies

• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Business English (written/spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office

• Team player capabilities
• Experience in air export operations is desirable
