OBJECTIVES

• Handle Sea Export Operation Customer Service & Billing

JOB DUTIES

• Responsible on day to day Sea Export shipment
• Monitoring and communicated with overseas office and client
• Having a good Operation knowledge for Sea Export operation
• Performing a good Sea Export KPI & Update timestamp in timely manner
• All relevant duties assigned by Superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education background minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 2 year experience as a Sea Freight Export operation, customer service and document / billing. Having experience at Sea Freight is a must
• Having a good understanding of Sea Freight Export shipment flow and procedure
• Familiar on Sea Export process, document and billing in Surabaya
• English Fluency both in writing and speaking
• Computer Literacy (Strong working knowledge for MS office application and strong excel reporting skill)
• Results oriented without compromising Respect
• Able to work under pressure with time sensitive
• Has all technical competencies that required by the position
