The focus of this role is to achieve agreed sales/growth targets, to identify opportunities for business growth, manage relationships and business development and contribute to the overall profitability for each Branch. With an emphasis on discovering your potential and determination to connect with your fellow forwarders, this is an opportunity for you to thrive in a close and supportive team environment, valuing active listening and diversity of thinking!

 

What you will be responsible for:
 

  • Maintain an effective customer management plan for individual top five targets
  • Research and identify key customers from local, International markets and sources
  • Work within network of DSV to ensure collaboration around target accounts
  • Co-ordinate training, where necessary to ensure an awareness of the business offering
  • Develop and maintain customer data base
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects
     

About you:
 

  • Minimum five years experience in international freight forwarding
  • Minimum two years experience in a senior sales/business development role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience utilising CargoWise One
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to time-manage
  • Highly motivated
