JOB DUTIES
- Receiving Shipping Instruction from Customer
- Ensure selling rate & buying rate were communicated
- Quote for any local handling charges to local Customer
- Coordinate with Consolidation team & Air Product team
- Obtain necessary information from Customer regarding their shipment
- Coordinate with Consolidation team regarding progress of each daily shipment
- Create documentation in Cargowise 1
- Sending Pre alert to Overseas via email or Cargowise 1
- Coordinate with Customs Clearance for any document related to Customs such as PEB
- Ensure appropriate and timely communication is provided to the Customers and Overseas offices regarding discrepancies, changes, or any issues that may directly affect the shipment and operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Air Transportation Management, or any related field
- Preferably minimum 1 year experienced as a Staff at the same industry. Fresh Graduated are welcome
- Basic knowledge in Freight Forwarding Industry for handling Air Freight Export
- Good understanding of Air Freight Business
- Good understanding of Customs Clearance process & documentation
- Dangerous Goods Regulation Knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure (tight deadlines)
- Good communication skill & customer-oriented
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Preferably experienced using Cargowise-1 system
