1. 策略架構與流程標準化： 將客戶需求轉化為 SOP、作業流程圖與倉儲 Layout 規劃；建立營運效益、產能與人力算力的標準化範本庫。
2. 自動化與解決方案設計： 統籌端到端（End-to-End）倉儲方案設計，評估與導入 AGV、手臂機器人及自動化設備，推進數位轉型。
3. 工程分析與數據模擬： 運用數據統計、模擬建模與 Lean Six Sigma 工具分析瓶頸，進行產能與方案可行性評估。
4. 營運優化與績效標竿： 制定並驗證專案效益（Before/After），推動現場視覺化管理，提供營運團隊導入支援與危機處理。
5. 跨部門與專案治理： 遵循公司品質規範（DQP），跨部門（業務/營運/IT）協同執行專案，撰寫 Success Case Study。

廠務工作內容
1. 廠務及設施設備管理 (Facility Management)：
負責廠房及公共設施設備之維護與管理，包括水電、消防、空調、照明、貨梯、碼頭、門禁、CCTV、建築物及其他基礎設施，並規劃預防保養、定期檢查及異常維修。
2. 廠房異常與修繕管理：
負責漏水、停電、設備故障、建築物損壞等廠房異常之通報、緊急處置、原因追蹤及修繕管理，並協調房東、工程廠商及內部相關單位。
3. 工程與承攬商管理：
負責工程、維修及外包廠商之資格管理、進場安全要求、施工管理、驗收及後續改善追蹤，確保工程品質及作業安全。
4. 法規與定期檢查管理：
辨識並追蹤職安衛、消防、環境、建築及設施設備相關法規要求，確保依法完成必要之申報、檢查、維護及紀錄保存。
