Move forward as Customer Service Agent at DSV in Tholen (Moerdijk MCF)
Are you ready for a role where no two days are the same? Would you like to work in an international team where customer service and administration come together in your daily tasks? With a kick-start in Tholen, followed by a move in early 2026 to our new site at Logistiek Park Moerdijk, a 240,000 m² warehouse and the largest contiguous warehouse in the Benelux. Then join our customer care & support team!

 

You get it done
In this role, you are the main point of contact for consumers of customers from DSV and support their sales departments across the Benelux, with expansion into new markets in the future: You’re on it.

 

How you do this? With a smile in your voice, you always provide the right level of service. Even when things don’t go as planned, you know how to stay calm, remain friendly, and think in terms of solutions. You understand that a good conversation, clear explanation, and the right solution can make all the difference and that’s what energizes you. You achieve this by:

•    responding to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing friendly and solution-oriented support;
•    processing and modifying orders, performing administrative tasks in the CRM system, and sending financial documents;
•    advising customers about products and personalization options (such as logos) and helping find the best solution for their needs;
•    handling challenging questions professionally and creatively, from deliveries to invoices, ensuring every customer feels supported.

 

Your team stands out within DSV by an international and close-knit composition, strong collaboration and flexibility, and a creative approach to challenging customer enquiries. In a team of 9, you work together to deliver the best service and happy customers, with no two days being the same.

You bring
•    affinity with customer service and good computer skills;
•    excellent command of Dutch, English is a plus;

•    working in 2 shifts (08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00), with the possibility to indicate your preference;
•    28 vacation days per year and 8% holiday allowance;
