How will you do this? You take care of all administrative and planning activities for our customers; you are an important link between our warehouse and our customer. You are responsible for processing the correct information about an order, monitor its progress and take care of the planning for our logistics department. You get this done by:

  • acting as the first operational point of contact for assigned customers, then coordinating with internal colleagues from various departments;
  • proactively communicating with our customers and colleagues while maintaining oversight;
  • monitoring warehouse processes using our warehouse management system, keeping the customer and internal stakeholders informed;
  • handling and escalating customer escalations.

You bring

  • Professionalism to not only support customers but also inspire and guide them to new heights of success and satisfaction;
  • Experience in a similar role, such as customer contact agent, customer service representative, or similar;
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus;
  • Full-time availability. You must be willing to work a minimum of 36 hours per week.
