Are you the experienced Operations Planner with organisational talent who keeps a cool head in a dynamic environment? For our location in Tholen, we are looking for proactive Operations Planners who keep everything running smoothly for our customers!

You get it done

As Operations Planner, you will ensure that our customers' order processes run smoothly. You keep everything on schedule, ensure that everything is of good quality and follow the correct procedures. You work closely with the warehouse and Customer Services to make sure everything keeps running smoothly and adjust the planning when necessary; You’re on it

How you do this? You keep an overview of the logistics processes and convert customer orders into efficient planning. Every day, you coordinate the work with the Supervisor and Customer Services and intervene quickly if something goes wrong. You think along about improvements and are flexible so that everything runs smoothly, and customers are satisfied. Your job is to ensure that everything is well organized and that the goods are at the right place on time. You achieve this by:

• process customer orders daily and turn them into tight schedules;
• coordinate the work with the Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Services so that everyone knows what needs to be done;
• keep the overview, resolve disruptions quickly and adjust the planning where necessary;
• monitor the progress of the processes and intervene in case of deviations;
• ensure correct administrative processing and jump into the warehouse when necessary - teamwork!

You bring

• relevant experience within logistics;
• willingness to work 2-shifts;
• strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude;
• good command of Excel and experience with Cargowrite is a plus;
• good command of the English language.
