Would you like to work in an environment with major brands operating in the Dutch and European markets? Your experience as a coordinator within customer service will come into its own at one of the top players in the logistics market.

 

You get it done

Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction for the major brands within Europe: you work on it.

 

How will you do this? You coordinate the work within the customer service team for a number of our customers. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our customers' order process runs smoothly. You get energy from finding solutions for more complex complaints and claims and are able to think outside the box. You achieve this by:

  • acting as first operational point of contact;
  • taking care of the invoicing administration;
  • identifying discrepancies in the orders;
  • guiding and training new colleagues.

 

Your team stands out within DSV for the sociability and approachability of how we interact with each other. It is a close-knit team that helps each other where necessary! The team consists of 12 customer service employees and you will report to the supervisor. You get all the freedom and space you need to fulfil this role in the best possible way.
