Leading an enthusiastic team where you, together with your team, contribute to further optimizing our logistics processes: you’re working on it.
How do you do this? In our warehouse, we handle the inbound and outbound goods for various international customers on a daily basis. As a warehouse manager, you are a crucial part of this process. With a growing customer base and team, you work with several team leaders to meet productivity standards, time and quality requirements, and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations. You are not just a leader, but also a coach. You motivate and guide your team, conduct performance reviews and evaluations, and ensure a pleasant and professional working atmosphere. You achieve this by:
•    Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to ARBO and safety regulations while coaching your team.
•    Monitoring the execution of processes and coordinating with other internal departments to ensure efficiency.
•    Ensuring the efficient use of space and resources, and improving cost control.
•    Providing management information based on predefined targets/KPIs and regularly maintaining customer contact moments (OBR/MBR).
•    Initiating process improvements by applying Lean methodologies and standardizing workflows based on 6S, including implementing new systems and technologies.

You bring

•    at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a logistics or production environment;
•    a passion for logistics and the ability to inspire others;
•    strong English communication skills, both written and spoken – Dutch is a plus;
•    aresults-driven mindset, a strong sense of oversight, and the confidence to stand your ground.
