You will ensure seamless logistics services for our client. From inbound, outbound, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping to handling returns, you’ll be actively involved in every step of the process: you're on it. 

How you do this? Every day, you monitor planning, operations, targets, and KPIs. Additionally, you have a strong focus on the quality of the services and products delivered. You analyze data and translate it into potential operational improvement initiatives. You generate various reports and management information while maintaining close communication with the warehouse manager. You are adept at quick decision-making and balancing the needs of both the team and the organization.

You lead a team of approximately 20 employees across different departments. You closely collaborate with team leaders, troubleshooters, temporary staff, and DSV colleagues in our warehouse. You are their first point of contact, ensuring smooth operations. You achieve this by: 

•    conducting performance and development reviews, managing sickness absence, and leading staff meetings.
•    ensuring the execution of logistics processes based on daily and weekly schedules.
•    actively contributing to improvement projects in collaboration with engineering, project management, and IT.

You bring
•    MBO-4 level of working and thinking
•    experience in a similar role as a supervisor, team lead, or equivalent
•    proficiency in both Dutch and English
•    knowledge of WMS, management information, KPIs, and reporting.
