How you do this? You keep the bigger picture in focus, coach your team, and take ownership of the daily operation. Leading a team of 3 to 5 employees gives you the opportunity to drive logistics improvement projects. You support the warehouse manager, work closely with team leaders, and turn insights into lasting improvements. You achieve this by:

• leading, coaching, and developing a team of 3 to 5 employees, including conducting performance and development reviews;
• overseeing daily operations, planning, KPIs, and logistics processes based on daily and weekly schedules;
• analysing performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and making the operation smarter and more efficient;
• contributing to logistics improvement projects in collaboration with Engineering, Project Management, and IT;
• working closely with team leaders, troubleshooters, and temporary staff to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality logistics operation.

You bring

• leadership experience as a supervisor or team lead within a warehouse or logistics environment; experience in a 3PL environment is an advantage;
• a coaching leadership style with the ability to motivate and engage people;
• strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into process improvements;
• experience working with WMS, KPIs, and performance reporting;
• a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
