Move forward as Warehouse Team Leader at DSV in Tholen
For our Tholen site, we are looking for an experienced team lead with a background in a 3PL warehouse environment. You will act as a trusted sparring partner and the right hand of the warehouse manager, making a real impact on both the operation and the team. Our warehouse in Tholen spans more than 94,000 m² and never stands still. Together with your team of 5 to 10 colleagues, you ensure that the inbound or outbound processes for one or more customers run smoothly. You keep a clear overview, focus on achieving results, and know how to motivate your team to perform at their best every day. In doing so, you help build a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation: You’re on it.

How you do this? By being visible on the warehouse floor, coaching your team, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve. You work closely with Customer Service and act as a trusted sparring partner to the warehouse manager. When the warehouse manager is absent, you confidently take the lead and ensure the operation keeps running smoothly. You achieve this by:

• identifying and driving improvements to warehouse processes and ways of working;
• coaching, supporting, and developing your team members;
• ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations;
• coordinating the daily operation and making sure workflows run efficiently;
• working in a day shift, with the possibility of moving to a two-shift schedule in the future, depending on business needs and in consultation with you.

You bring

• experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role within a warehouse environment;
• flexibility to work in a day shift, with the willingness to move to a two-shift schedule in the future if required;
• a good command of the English language, enabling you to effectively lead colleagues and communicate within the operation.
